About the Role
Industry Plant is hiring a full-time Creative Coordinator to support our Creative Director in building out content and strategy for a roster of rising and established music artists. This is a hands-on, entry-level position for someone who lives on TikTok and Instagram Reels, understands what’s resonating in music culture, and wants to be part of a team that shapes artist brands from the inside out.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead day-to-day social posting: schedule posts, write captions, build calendars, monitor performance

  • Ideate content: contribute to brainstorms, scripts, shoot concepts, and storytelling formats

  • Assist with content shoots: coordinate schedules, prep materials, and support on set

  • Manage internal assets: organize footage, oversee content pipelines, and support creative systems

  • Collaborate with the Creative Director on campaign execution and strategy development

  • Occasionally oversee freelancers or interns on content-related tasks

What We’re Looking For

  • Deep understanding of social media culture, especially TikTok and Instagram Reels

  • Awareness of what’s working in music content and how artists build connection online

  • Familiarity with tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Suite — not required, but a plus

  • Strong creative instincts and a willingness to pitch ideas

  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage content calendars across multiple projects

  • Confidence working around artists and supporting shoots in a production setting

  • Interest in music branding, artist development, and storytelling through content
